GT Cosmetics, a Cebu based cosmetics firm inaugurates its new manufacturing plant in Liloan, Cebu.

The beauty and personal care market has been growing steadily, not just in the Philippines, but globally, and this caught the attention of GTCOSMETICS MANUFACTURING INC.. The company inaugurates its P50-milllion manufacturing plant, late June 2016, in Tayud, Liloan, Cebu which is its third manufacturing plant in the Philippines.

The manufacturing plant can boost its production output three (3) times its current rate and will be able to cater to more product lines in the future. It will house a bigger production space and a dedicated research and development area. Their main head office will also transfer to the new facility as it has enough space for additional employees.

“We are slowly eyeing expansions in the different markets within the region so we are setting up our production capacity ahead”, said Engr. Leonora Salvane, GTCMI’s Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer.

This move is also in preparation for the anticipated growing demand once the ASEAN economic integration goes full blast, Salvane added.

During the inauguration, GT Cosmetics also introduced its new brand ambassador, Ms. Blinky De Leon, Mag TV Na Cebu host.

GT Cosmetics currently manufactures beauty soap, beauty creams, facial cleansers, and body lotions. The company is FDA registered and currently ISO 9001:2008 , HALAL and cGMP Certified.
